1. In the upper-left corner, tap the Menu button to open the left navigation menu.

  1. In the lower-left corner, tap Settings.

  1. Tap Help & Feedback.

  1. Tap Collect Diagnostics.

  1. Tap Get Started.

  1. Tap Upload Outlook Logs.



  1. Take note of your Incident ID. We will need this to find your logs.


  1. Tap the Back arrow to get back to the app.
