Learn how to create a report of Mobile Application Management (MAM) logs to diagnose Intune App Protection Policy related issues on iOS devices. In this video, we walk through the steps to create a report. Note: You will need to download the Edge browser from the Apple Store.
1) Open Microsoft Edge on iOS device
2) Type about:intunehelp in the navigation or address bar
3) Tap on the Go button
4) Tap on Get Started
5) Make a note of reference ID
6) Tap on Send Logs to Microsoft and wait for it to finish uploading
7) You will see a success message
