Learn how to create a report of Mobile Device Manager (MDM) logs to diagnose enrollment or device management issues in Windows 10 devices managed by Intune. In this video, we walk through the steps to create a report. 1) Open Accounts Access work or school; 2) Select your work/school account then click Info; 3) Click Sync and wait until it completes; 4) At the bottom of this page, click Create report and Export; 5) In File Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\MDMDiagnostics to get the report.
