This video shows how to sync up your OneDrive or OneDrive for Business files with your laptop or desktop. By using this approach you can ensure that the files are available on your local drive for access as and when needed to view or edit. However, it should be remembered that the files with cloud icon indicate that the files are currently on cloud only while the files with green tick marks are available on local drive as well as sync up with cloud. To sync your files follows these steps:

  1. Login to Office 365 Portal.
  2. Click on OneDrive icon.
  3. Click on Sync, a pop-up will open, select Open Microsoft OneDrive.

Your file will sync, and get a notification.
