How to log a ticket from Support Portal

As customers, to raise any query or for any advisory related to Microsoft products, you can raise/log a ticket through our Cloud Support Portal.


For raising any ticket, following steps need to be followed:


a) If you are a registered user, you need to log in to our Cloud Support Portal with your login credentials. In case you are not able to login, you can contact at 0124 4506200 or can chat with our team to resolve your login issue.




b) After successful login, go to "New Support Ticket" button. You need to enter the required fields. 




To mark any person in cc, you will get the option as






c) After filling all the required entries, click on "Submit" button. You can now view your ticket under "Tickets" tab.




You can see the agent working on the your case and the status held for the ticket.
