This video shows the ways to find out more about a page's history, changes made, who made the change and on what date and time. This video would help the user to become more efficient with their respective work in a modern workplace. To do so follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft OneNote in the desktop application and select a page.
  2. Click on History in the Menu bar.
  3. Click on Page Versions.
  4. On the right side navigation page, all the page versions appear with different dates and times.
  5. You can select any of the dates to see different versions of that page.

We can see this by Author also. An Author when made changes in those pages appear with the date and Author name.

  1. Repeat step 1 & 2 mention above.
  2. Click on Find by Author.
  3. On the right side navigation page, all the page versions appear with the date and Author name.
  4. You can select any of the dates to see different versions of that page.
