Congratulations on getting your new Surface Headphones! The first step is to pair them with your phone or PC using Bluetooth. After that, set up your headphones with the Surface Headphones app on Windows 10 to keep them up to date, adjust equalizer settings, and see what devices they're paired with.

How to pair your Surface Headphones:

On a Windows 10 PC

1. Press and release the power button quickly to turn on your headphones—they'll be pairing mode the first time you turn them on.

2. Select Start -- Settings -- Devices -- Bluetooth & other devices --- Add Bluetooth or other devices -- Bluetooth

3. Select Surface Headphones and then select Done.
