In this video, we will learn to create a new document using Microsoft Teams. The created documents will be online which can access all members added to that group/channel. To do so follows these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams and select channels where you want to create your documents.
- Go to Files tab and then click on New, choose Word document.
- Give a Word document name and click on Create.
- Word document is created now and will open in Word online. If you want to open in Desktop App click on Open in Word, edit them and close the document.
