Skype is a unified communication tool for performing instant messaging, audio and video conferencing. Skype resolves many hurdles in business. It allows meeting between people of different geographical locations. By using this feature of Skype for Business, we can also see number of people involved in a meeting. We can also share the screen, co-author on same documents, share PowerPoint presentation. It also provides us with the capability to record meetings and also share the screen apart from documents.
