Share the details of your meetings, appointments and tasks with your team to be in sync. and achieve your team's goals by sharing your calendar in email using Outlook.

Step 1: Open your outlook.

Step 2: Click on the calendar icon.

Step 3: Click on the email calendar from the ribbon bar. 

Step 4: You can choose the calendar, which calendar you want to share, also can choose the Date range.

Step 5: Click on OK.
Step 6: Type the Email Id of the member to whom you want to share your calendar.

Step 7: Click Send.
