How to check status of task assigned in Microsoft Planner ?

Planner in Microsoft Office 365 lets you track real time status of your team task in the plan.


Step 1: First log in to the portal through portal.office365.com.

Step 2: Click on the Planner tab.




Step 3: You can view your team task in three categories Not started, In progress, Completed.





Step 4: If the task is completed than you can click on the complete and the task will comes in the completed category bucket.





Step 5: If the task is In progress then you can mark as In progress and the task will come in the In progress category bucket.

Step 6: Click on the Task. Select the In progress, the task comes in the In progress bucket.










This is how you can mange your team tasks in real time scenario.
