one can share any file with any other user by using OneDrive.


Step 1: Sign in the portal and open the OneDrive.




Step 2: Select the document which you want to share, and click on the Three dots for more option and you can see the Share option.




Step 3: Click on the Share option and tag the person to whom you want to share the document, we can also give permission to the user that the user will only be able to Edit the document or read the document and click on the share.
