Microsoft worked with Sheba Medical Centre in Israel to meet an increased need for ICU caregivers. Sheba started authoring Dynamic 365 Guides to train medical staff on the use of crucial equipment, such as ventilators and PPE. Using HoloLens 2 headsets, they trained new physicians, biomedical engineers and nurses on how to provide care to COVID-19 patients. Sheba saw immediate value, prompting more hospitals to evaluate how they could transform their general readiness programs at scale.
