At Microsoft Ignite 2018, Cosmos Darwin, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, gives a demo of Windows, Server 2019 with Intel Optane DC persistent memory. In this demo, watch how Microsoft and Intel set the industry record for most IOPS from a hyper-converged cluster with Windows Server 2019 and Intel Optane DC persistent memory. With just 12 server nodes, the Storage Spaces Direct cluster delivers over 13.7 million IOPS to Hyper-V virtual machines.
