Details:

Microsoft is enhancing the Azure monthly spending email notification feature in Partner Center to allow multiple admin agents to receive notifications. This allows for scale across your organization to better assist your customers in managing their spending budget for this important part of their business.

This new feature will replace the existing notification setting on the Azure spending page. From December 31, 2020, partners will only get an email notification if they subscribe to this new feature by following the instructions in the Next steps section of this communication.

Impacted audience:

  1. Partner Center users in admin agent roles who receive Azure spending notifications
  2. Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) direct bill partners and indirect providers
Action required:
This new feature is now available to configure in Partner Center. To continue receiving Azure spending notices, all admin agents must configure their email in the My preferences section of Partner Center prior to December 31, 2020. On this date, the existing email notification feature on the Azure spending page will be deprecated.
