Event Tracing Logs (ETL) are created by Windows and include system activity captured during Autopilot and Intune device provisioning stage and are used to troubleshoot issues.  The support and development teams do in-depth analysis of the events and need this level of information to diagnose the issue. 

This video shows you how to collect Event Tracing Logs (ETL) using the Windows Performance Recorder (WPR) tool.
