Customer Lockbox in Office 365, an overview

In this demo bench, lead engineer Sara Manning Dawson, demonstrates how to activate the new Customer Lockbox for Office 365 (E5), in your tenant. In the Office 365 service, no one at Microsoft has standing access to your data. In the extremely rare event that there is a problem that requires us to access your data for troubleshooting, we have a highly supervised process called Lock Box comprised of elevated permissions to allow for just-in time access to fix the issue. With Customer Lockbox, you now have the ability to approve or deny access by a Microsoft engineer to perform such service operations. Watch to see how it works.
