on Azevedo’s dog, Charger, had suffered from storm phobia for as long as he’d had him. So when he remained totally calm during a thunderstorm in the back seat of the car on a road trip, Jon’s engineering background kicked into gear. He realized there were factors at play in this unique environment that could add up to a solution, not only for Charger, but for the other 32 million dogs in the U.S. also suffering from anxiety. He and cofounder Chris Lightcap beta tested the first ZenCrate prototype in the summer of 2016, and are getting ready for the official product launch.
