In this video, we will learn how to use the room booking feature of the calendar in Outlook. Every organization has to manage their meeting rooms for all the employee, in that case, they have a challenge not to clash someone's meetings. 

To do this follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to calendar tab at the bottom left of the Outlook.
  2. Click on New Meeting tab. A new mail pop-up will open.
  3. Go to the Location tab, and select a meeting location from the available locations.
  4. Click on OK.
  5. Select the invitee in To section, give a subject line in Subject section and select your meeting timings.
  6. Click on Send.
