Steps for raising the tickets are as follows:

1) Open Browser and go to cloud.foetron.com. To raise a ticket, click on the option as ' New support ticket'. Submit a ticket window will open.

2) In this window first user must fill requester mail id. After mail id write the 'subject' of ticket. User can also mark the importance of ticket. On the right-hand side articles are shown which are related to the subject of ticket.

3) Write the description of ticket. And after verification part ticket will be submitted.

After assigning ticket user will get a confirmation mail. In Outlook client confirmation mail can be viewed by user.

Now if user wants to track the status of ticket then follow below steps:

1) Click on the link given in confirmation mail. It will direct user to 'login page of support portal’. Here user must give his mail id and password to login into account.

If user is raising the ticket for the first time, then in this case he must go to his inbox where confirmation mail exists. Click on the link given in confirmation mail. Login page to support portal will open where user must click on ' Forgot your password' and then click on the option as 'Reset my password'. Write user's mail id and click on "Reset my password'. An email will come in user's inbox which is related to 'resetting the password'. Click on the link given in confirmation mail. If user is raising the ticket for the first time, then in this case user will specify his password and will confirm it. Click on 'Update & Log In' button. Notifications will appear that 'password has been successfully updated'. To see all other tickets, click on the option as ' Tickets' on the top.
