How to use Yammer in Microsoft Office 365 Subscription?

Step 1: Sign in to the portal.
Step 2: Open the Yammer.

Step 3: We can use this as a Facebook like social networking site.
We ca post, chat, share, comment, like everything that we do in social site.

Step 4: We can share any Update and Also can participate in the Poll and can Praise anyone for done any good work or anything, also can do any announcement regarding any New update, information, meetings.
