Add pictures or texts in your worksheets to mark it as confidential or show it as a draft version. Microsoft Excel does not support in-built watermarks feature yet so the process of adding watermark in  excel sheets is different.

Step 1: Open your Excel sheet.

Step 2: Click on the Insert option from the ribbon bar > Header and Footer. (Tap on the header and on the Header & Footer Elements tab on the ribbon, click Picture and Select one of the available options to insert your image. In the header, you’ll see & [Picture].)

Step 3: Select the Watermark which you want to insert in the sheet.

Step 4: The selected Watermark will add in the sheet.

Step 5: We also can drag and drop the watermark from one page to other page.
