With Microsoft Authenticator app you can sign into Amazon, Google, Facebook, GitHub, or other sites. With this free app, you can sign in with your fingerprint, face, or a PIN. The Microsoft Authenticator app works with any app that uses two-factor verification and any account that supports the time-based one-time password (TOTP) standards. Here's how to protect your Amazon account with Microsoft Authenticator: 1) Sign into your Amazon account, 2) Select Login & security, 3) Select Edit for Advanced Security Settings, 4) Select Get Started for Two-Step Verification, 5) Select Authenticator App, 6) Select Add account in Microsoft Authenticator, 7) Select Other, 8) Follow Amazon's on-screen instructions
