How to make calls with Microsoft Teams

Start 1:1 or group remote work calls with anyone in your organization — no matter where you are in Microsoft Teams. To get a conversation going in a 1:1 or group chat, select audio call or video call icon. You can also use the Microsoft Teams command box to make a call. To do so, type "/call" into the command box and choose the person you'd like to reach.
