Introduction to Bots in Microsoft Teams

In this Microsoft Teams 365 tutorial, you’ll get an introduction into the world of bots and see a live example of how to build a custom bot in under 30 minutes and distribute it to your end users. In the modern age, we search for information in a more conversational way, using our actual, natural language. For example, “Hey Cortana, when does my plane leave?” This makes bots more useful than ever. Another example is a university seamlessly answering the many questions first-year students need to have answered. You can begin to create your bot by populating your QnaMaker.ai. Here you can add to your bots knowledge base by answer FAQs, uploading files, and even giving it some character. You can then test and distribute your bot onto Teams using Azure. Bots uploaded to Teams will be pinned to the top left-hand side of the platform.
