This step applies not only to bare metal, refresh and PC replacement scenarios, but can also apply to Windows upgrades using task sequence-based installation.  In this step, we look application packaging and deployment options for MSI and EXE packaged apps, as well as how Office 365  ProPlus Click-to-Run packages are configured and distributed using tools like System Center Configuration Manager or via scripted installation.
