Manuela Pichler manages an "IT lite" team at Virgin Atlantic that has built Microsoft Power Platform solutions to speed up safety and compliance reporting, asset management, lounge spa check-ins, and more. She is putting in place a Center of Excellence (COE) to discover and nurture a community of app makers. Similarly, the French National Railway, SNCF, has built a robust Center of Excellence to enable scaling adoption of the platform across all 165K employees.
