How to set a document as tab on the top of the channel in Microsoft Teams?

Other than being a chat based workspace tool, Microsoft Teams enables you to make you and your team efficient by providing the easy access of the documents on which your team is working collaboratively at present. The document can be added at the top of the team's channel to easily access and work on it.
