How can I control employees to send company data from non managed applications?

Want to restrict or allow the company data leakage? Now with EMS implementation, an admin of a company can restrict the users of a company that only managed applications can send/receive and open documents/files or you can also allow override option or Audit operations. By doing so, you will get the prompt when someone in your organization tries to send or receive data from non-managed apps.
